ORDER
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Simply add your chosen items to cart, proceed to checkout, and fill out the required information. You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS message with your unique order number once your order is placed.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Please message us immediately through 09618900180 with your order number.

WHAT SHIPPING COURIER DO YOU HAVE?
We ship Nationwide
- Metro Manila: We use J&T Express for deliveries within MM. For COD order, We use third party delivery.- Provincial: We use J&T Express for deliveries outside Metro Manila. Please note that this also includes certain Metro Manila areas: Navotas, Las Piñas, Valenzuela, Malabon, and Caloocan.
- Cash on Delivery Shipping: The order amount has to be paid in full before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. The package can be opened only AFTER the payment is made.
- The COD option is available for ALL products that are available online that do not exceed PHP5,000.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
- Metro Manila: 1-2 business days from the order date
- Provincial: 3-4 business days from the order date
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
As of June 2025, we currently do not offer international shipping.
We are focused on serving customers within the Philippines, but we’re working on expanding soon! Stay tuned for updates by following us on social media.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With tags and packaging intact
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
To request a return, email us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation SMS message or email with your tracking number and courier details.

- View your order status and estimated delivery date
